Wade Scott — Chattanooga, Tennessee. This guy called and a gave an address..of course it was bogus. He also has a history of calling provider’s and meeting at vacant homes. He wants to do the deed in his car that is illegally parked in people’s drive ways. It’s best to shun this guy it may be his cell? Not sure if it’s a throw away phone either.
